A LIFE COACH
“That’s a really good question”
When I hear a client say this, I know that she is about to experience an aha moment.
An aha moment that will change everything.
That’s the power of coaching. It’s asking the right question at the right time so that you find your own answer.
Sure, I can share best practices and what has worked for others. But the true job of a Life Coach is to help you see yourself clearly so that you can create a plan that moves you towards your own goal.
You don’t need another person to tell you what to do.
Afterall, you are the hero of your own life.
IT’S NOT THERAPY
A Coach is not a boss, friend, or therapist.
A Coach will not help you understand the reasons you can’t set boundaries, manage your time well, or have low confidence. Although often we do figure out the answers.
A Coach will help you create an action plan to move past the challenges, not to figure out the stem of the problem.

Career Strategy: Whether you’ve been in the same role for years or jumped around, you always need to know what’s next. When you don’t, you can feel lost, stuck or unmotivated. To be honest, it’s awful. We’ll design your next-step strategy to keep you inspired and on track..
Time Management - Managing your time effectively is the single most important factor to improve virtually any area of your life. I’ll teach you the most effective time management tools and I’ll show you how to implement them in a way that makes sense for your life.
Confidence - 78% of executive women report feeling a lack of confidence at work, no matter what title they hold in the organization. Imposter syndrome can creep up at any time. So having proven strategies in your backpocket to help you manage is empowering.
Boundaries - Let’s be honest,we’re expected to always be “on”, whether it’s being the best employee or the most involved soccer Mom, boundaries can feel impossible. But I can promise you something: It is possible to create strong boundaries and maintain them when the going gets tough.
Work Life Balance - I know, I hate this term too. But the reality is that we do need balance. And that balance looks different for everyone. Finding a balance that meets your needs can help you feel more confident, productive, empowered, and less burnt out! I’ll help you find that balance.
Interpersonal Relationships - Learn how to effectively communicate with your team, your boss, and yes, even your family! Having strategies for communicating simply, effectively, and authentically makes everything just a little bit easier.
Skill Development - Great leaders are always learning new skills. We’ll design a learning plan for you in important areas like: Leadership, communication, feedback, goal setting, change management, strategy, implementation, accountability
